We will try to get your items to you as fast as we can! Most can ship same day if it's before 2pm PST. We can also deliver same day if you prefer and are in our delivery zone. Once shipped please allow the carrier, USPS, UPS, FedEx, On-trac, etc. 1-2 days to process your item. 

Most of our products are not returnable due to sanitary reasons, you understand, right? You wouldn't want a used commode or a used cushion, would you? If we do allow a return, we do ask that it is still in it's original packaging and hasn't been used. There will be a 15% re-stocking fee because, well, we discount any item that is returned for the next customer because we all want NEW!
